SERVICE OVERVIEW

A considered approach to your requirements.

Robotic tank cleaning combines remotely controlled equipment, fluid handling and operational planning to address deposits inside storage vessels. The objective is a cleaning method suited to the asset and its maintenance programme, with clear controls for equipment access, material transfer and progress verification.

Technical Approach

Remote operation

Operators control the selected robotic platform from outside the tank. Camera views and operational feedback support assessment of the working area; the final configuration is determined by the vessel and the cleaning task.

Access and mobility

Manway dimensions, insertion arrangements, floor condition, internal obstructions and retrieval provisions are reviewed before equipment is selected. A tracked platform is one possible solution; suitability is assessed for each asset.

Cleaning and transfer

Cleaning tools, pressure systems and suction arrangements are matched to the deposits and the tank materials. Transfer connections and downstream containment are planned together to keep the process coordinated.

Inspection and reporting

The customer and engineering team agree the evidence needed to assess progress and completion. Records may include photographs, video observations, work logs and a summary of areas requiring further attention.

Project Development

The scope is developed with your team, from the first requirements discussion through engineering review, integration and handover.

01

Requirements & Feasibility

We review the task, environment, access and operational constraints to define a practical scope.

02

System Design

Equipment, interfaces and working methods are selected around the agreed project requirements.

03

Integration & Testing

The proposed configuration is integrated and reviewed against the agreed validation criteria.

04

Deployment & Support

Handover information, operator guidance and ongoing support requirements are agreed with your team.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the robot selected?

The review considers access, internal layout, material characteristics, working conditions and the required cleaning outcome.

Do you support shutdown planning?

Share your maintenance window and access constraints so the proposed cleaning sequence can be reviewed with the wider shutdown programme.
