SERVICE OVERVIEW

A considered approach to your requirements.

Storage tank care requires a clear view of asset condition and a practical plan for inspection, engineering review and maintenance. The scope is developed around tank construction, operating history, known defects and the owner’s inspection requirements.

Technical Approach

Inspection scope

An initial review identifies the tank components to examine, the available records and the access needed to obtain meaningful observations. Floor, shell, roof and connection areas can require different inspection arrangements.

Engineering review

Findings are interpreted in the context of the asset’s duty and the applicable project requirements. Where relevant, the scope can be aligned with recognised tank inspection frameworks such as API 653; this does not imply certification of a particular service or person.

Maintenance coordination

Cleaning, access, inspection and repair activities should be considered together. A coordinated sequence helps the owner understand dependencies before committing to a maintenance window.

Asset documentation

Inspection records should make observations traceable to the asset and location examined. Reporting requirements, photographs and recommendations are agreed as part of the scope.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a particular inspection standard mandatory?

The applicable framework depends on the tank, jurisdiction and owner requirements. It is confirmed when the scope is defined.

Can inspection and cleaning be planned together?

Yes. The sequence can be developed to coordinate cleaning access, inspection readiness and subsequent maintenance work.
